Upon paying the deposit and/or total amount due for your Teepee Partee Limited booking you are agreeing to the following.
We require 50% of your total booking amount as deposit via bank transfer to hold your booking. If this is not paid within 24hrs of receiving your confirmation unfortunately your date could be offered to the next family enquiring for this date.
The remaining balance is due and to be cleared 7 days before your party date. There is a refundable bond of $100 for indoor Teepee Partee’s, $200 for our Bell Tent package, and $50 for any other hire equipment added to every booking. This is to be transferred with the remainder of the balance before pick up/set up day. Your bond will be refunded within 3 business days of your hire date provided all equipment is returned undamaged. Please allow for varying bank clearance times.
I am more than happy to accept instalments to pay off your party hire, however the deposit must be paid in full in the required time frame, and the remaining/total payment must be in no later than 7 days from your booking date. Please feel free to ask me about this and let me know if this is a more suitable option for you.
For DIY clients, equipment can be collected on the day of hire at an agreed time. I try to be as accommodating as possible. Drop off is by 11am the following morning.
For install clients, times are to be agreed between Teepee Partee Limited and hirer. Please ensure the set-up area is cleared, vacuumed & any furniture moved prior to my arrival. I need to be able to start setting up as soon as I get there as my timing is rather tight.
For Bell Tent bookings, set up/pack down times are to be agreed between Teepee Partee Limited and hirer. Options may be limited because I will most likely have other party set ups that day. We do not need access inside, so therefore you do not need to be home when we arrive to set up. We just ask that the grass has been checked and cleared of any rocks, sticks, shells, animal faeces and/or any other debris before we arrive. We ask that lawns are NOT mowed within the week of the party date as freshly cut grass and tents do not mix well. We will provide an extension cord & multi box to be used inside the bell tent, make sure there’s a power point close to the tent site.
Bell tent bookings will not go ahead if there is forecasted heavy rain, thunder/lightening, or strong/high winds as it then becomes a health and safety issue. This decision will be at the discretion of Teepee Partee Limited.
Please do not have bonfires, brazier, or any other fire anywhere near the tent, or within a distance that embers could travel in the wind and land on it. It is made of canvas, and it will burn tiny holes in it.
Please ensure kids hands and feet are clean when coming in and out of the tent. And no drinks are to be consumed inside because if it spills it can cause stains and mould.
I ask that before I arrive the following day, please can all food crumbs, rubbish and belongs be removed from inside the tent, and the airbeds are deflated.
Absolutely no pens/pencils/paint/glue or nail polish in or near the Bell Tent, thank you for your support with this.
All items are inspected by us before & after every hire & bond will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 business days of returning the items.
Teepee Partee’s DO NOT include pillows/pillow slips, this is for hygiene reasons. Please ensure your guests bring their own pillow or that you have enough for them to use.
Should there be any loss or damages to any equipment provided as part of your Teepee Partee Limited set up, we reserve the right to charge the hirer full replacement cost of any items lost or damaged, this will be deducted from the bond. If the damage exceeds the bond amount, we reserve the right to invoice for any extra funds outstanding. And seek the assistance of any debt collection agency to retrieve any outstanding funds.
If you have booked a pamper party add on, please ensure the bowls, mixing brushes, and any other equipment including the face steamers and foot spa’s are clean prior to returning your party hire, or prior to me arriving to pack away the following morning. Face clothes and robes do not need to be washed; I will take care of that.
If you have hired party equipment, please ensure items are returned clean and in working order. Failure to do so and items are not returned clean and in the condition they were picked up/dropped off, a cleaning fee of $40 will be deducted from the bond.
We appreciate things can happen that are out of our control and as a result parties may need to be postponed or cancelled. This is a rare occurrence, but we do have clear policies for this.
